About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on software development exposure, and a good understanding of Agile methodologies, project management tools, and the product development lifecycle. Experience in the EdTech domain and LMS platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Ensure technical feasibility and smooth resource allocation across projects.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for flawless execution.
- Manage stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Measure project performance using project management tools and methodologies.
- Perform risk management analysis and proactively reduce project risks.
- Report project progress and escalations to upper management when required.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
