Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support project execution and coordination while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
You will begin with a full-time in-office setup and transition to a hybrid work model based on performance and training completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management and service delivery activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders
- Assist in tracking project progress and reporting updates
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
- Work in alignment with a 24/7 operational environment
Required Qualifications
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Project Management or Service Delivery
- Strong communication skills (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office tools
- Educational background in Computer Science or IT is preferred
- Ability to work in US shift timings
Must-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies
- Exposure to On-Premise environments
- Familiarity with Azure and AWS concepts
