Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Junior Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for supporting project planning, coordinating timelines, liaising between teams, and ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery. Daily tasks include managing logistics, expediting project tasks, coordinating inspections, and updating stakeholders on project progress. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient project execution in collaboration with diverse teams and vendors.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables.
- Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring smooth and timely execution of project activities.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and handling inspection processes to maintain quality and timelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate tasks across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the F&B or event management industry is an added advantage.
