Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Junior Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager will support end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, expediting, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality assurance. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and providing timely updates to senior stakeholders. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring contractor performance meets international technical standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor processes to manage project timelines effectively.
- Project Management expertise, including planning, execution, tracking, and completion of deliverables.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Experience in Logistics Management to coordinate resources and optimize project operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
- Relevant educational qualification in engineering, management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in mission-critical infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
