Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Project Engineer, based in Jalandhar, with flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, monitor project timelines, and ensure technical specifications are met.
This role involves significant on-site work and travel, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment at client locations. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and hands-on contribution to engineering solutions, particularly in mechanical systems and field operations.
Candidates from service, maintenance, or field engineering backgrounds are also welcome, as practical exposure to equipment handling and site execution is highly valued.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Project Engineering, including understanding and executing technical aspects of projects
- Experience in Project Management and Project Planning
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and their practical applications
- Basic understanding of Electrical systems and controls is an added advantage
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site during project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or a related discipline
- Candidates with experience in service, commissioning, fabrication, or plant operations are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with sustainable practices or climate-tech solutions is an advantage
