Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Shopify projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and assisting in maintaining detailed documentation. The role requires ensuring smooth team collaboration and alignment while tackling challenges to deliver successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify projects
- Skills in project coordination, scheduling, and managing timelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of eCommerce operations and related trends
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive task management
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting
- Adaptability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, IT, or a related field
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
