Role Description
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will assist with managing Shopify-related projects and ensure their smooth execution from conception through delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring deliverables align with client requirements, and providing timely updates. You will also organize meetings, document project milestones, and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Shopify and understanding Shopify project workflows
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong skills in communication, coordination, and team collaboration
- Ability to document key project details, schedules, and progress updates accurately
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 1-2.5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
