Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Junior Program Manager. The Junior Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of solar installation projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company processes, managing resources effectively, monitoring project progress, and resolving issues to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Management skills, including the ability to plan, monitor, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to efficiently collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Organizational and Time Management skills to effectively handle project dependencies and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of sustainable energy solutions or previous experience in the solar energy sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.
