Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Program Counsellor based in Mumbai. The Junior Program Counsellor will provide guidance to prospective learners, address their inquiries, and assist them in choosing suitable programs. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, maintaining accurate data records for potential candidates, following up with leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process. The role also involves achieving enrollment targets, providing updates to management, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service to prospective students.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in counseling, relationship management, or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills for data management and follow-ups with prospective students.
  • Competence in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Prior experience in career counseling, sales, or education advisory is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward helping learners achieve their career goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required; specialization in education, psychology, or management is a plus.
