About the Role
We are looking for highly driven Product Management Trainees to work closely with founders, engineers, and growth teams on building next-generation AI products and automation systems.
This role is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates who are passionate about product management, problem-solving, AI systems, SaaS products, and startup execution.
Selected candidates will undergo a structured 6-month product training program focused on real-world product development, execution, analytics, and AI workflow design.
Candidates who successfully complete the training program will receive a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) for a full-time Associate Product Manager (APM) role with compensation ranging between ₹6–8 LPA based on performance.

• Product research and feature discovery
• Product requirement documentation and workflow planning

• Product analytics and experimentation
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and growth teams
• Problem-solving using first-principles thinking
Who Can Apply
• Final-year or recent graduates in MBA / B.Tech / M.Tech
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Passion for product management, AI, SaaS, or startups
• High ownership mindset and execution ability
• Strong communication and problem-solving capability
Preferred
• Exposure to APIs, databases, or software systems
• Candidates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, and top-tier institutes preferred
