Functional Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to confirm planograms meet assortment requirements, visual standards, shelving metrics, and innovation opportunities.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Demonstrate advanced project management skills by leading multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Act as a key partner to market leads across zones, enabling alignment and consistency in planogram execution.
- Develop and deliver versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and approved flow guidelines.
- Collaborate with Market leads to ensure planograms adhere to defined parameters and business objectives.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- 5–8 years’ experience in Space Planning (JDA/Spaceman) with retail floor planning expertise
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong problem-solving, agility, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of merchandising, shelf management, and optimization
- Excellent time management with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills
