Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Procurement Executive for an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting the procurement process, preparing and managing purchase orders, sourcing quality products, and maintaining vendor relationships. The Junior Procurement Executive will ensure timely procurement, oversee purchase management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective supply chain coordination.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and make informed procurement decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective vendor management and internal coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using procurement software or related tools is an added advantage
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
