Role Description

The Junior Process Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The responsibilities include engaging with customers to ensure high-quality customer support and service, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues effectively. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, contributing to customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with the team to enhance the service process. • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and solving customer issues

• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
