Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Junior PreSales Intern – B2B. The Junior PreSales Intern will assist with preparing presentations, developing proposals, and providing pre-sale support for potential clients. The role involves conducting research to understand potential clients’ needs, demonstrating product features, analyzing market opportunities, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. The intern will also support the delivery of client-centric solutions and ensure seamless communication with clients during the pre-sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and understand customer needs.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Consulting capabilities to advise clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and address inquiries promptly.
- Basic understanding of PreSales processes and methodologies to support business development efforts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing coursework in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
