Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Physiotherapist based in Chennai. The Junior Physiotherapist will assess and treat patients requiring physical rehabilitation, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The role also involves patient education about exercises and therapies, documenting treatment progress, and collaborating in rehabilitation programs aimed at improving patient mobility and overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in physiotherapy techniques, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation planning
- Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment customization, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with medical teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and maintain a patient-centric approach
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
