Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior Performance Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising platforms and a strong interest in analytics and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and generate daily/weekly reports
- Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Support A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in digital marketing is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of SEO basics
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Basic understanding of funnels and conversion tracking
