About The Role
We are looking for a
result-driven Junior Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads, analyzing performance, and improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Campaign Management
- Execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance
- Work on lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness campaigns
- Performance Optimization
- Track KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Continuously improve campaign performance and ROI
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
- Identify trends and optimization opportunities
- SEO & Website Support (Basic)
- Assist in on-page SEO and keyword research
- Optimize landing pages for better conversions
- Coordinate with designers/developers for improvements
- Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience targeting
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO & digital funnels
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Good communication & reporting skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing
Salary Insight (Market Reference)
- Typical range for junior roles: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month in India
- Your offered range (₹25K) is competitive for this experience level
