ElevateDigi is looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimisation of paid digital advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience working on live client accounts across multiple industries.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of campaign structures — ad sets, bidding strategies, quality score, and ad relevance
- Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and attribution models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
You'll Stand Out If You Have:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
📜 Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Performance Max)
📜 Meta Blueprint Certification
🔍 Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies
💼 Prior internship experience or personal projects in paid media
