Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive at our Delhi location. The primary responsibilities include assisting in market planning, conducting market research, implementing marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and supporting sales initiatives. The individual will collaborate with the marketing team to execute data-driven strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and deliver actionable insights
- Proficiency in Communication and Marketing to effectively create, execute, and optimize marketing strategies
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Sales strategies and their integration into marketing plans
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics or social media advertising is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
