We're looking for a curious, driven and detail-oriented Junior Performance Marketing Analyst to join our growing digital team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing journey, who’s eager to learn the ropes of performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
You’ll be working closely with our senior marketers and client servicing teams to assist in the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital ad campaigns. If you're excited about data, trends, and all things digital marketing, we'd love to meet you!
Tasks
- Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Support in monitoring performance of active campaigns and gathering insights from data.
- Collaborate with the senior team to understand client goals and help in creating basic reports and presentations.
- Work on daily performance tracking and support weekly/monthly reporting needs.
- Stay curious and keep learning about trends in performance marketing, platforms, and tools.
- Support ad creative reviews, ad copy suggestions, and keyword planning.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in performance or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of how platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads work.
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn tools like GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Interest in working with D2C, e-commerce or lead-generation brands.
- A proactive mindset—willing to experiment, ask questions and get hands-on.
