We are a manpower services company providing bus drivers for electric TGSRTC operations in Warangal and Nalgonda and are currently in the process of opening our Hyderabad office.
We are looking for a Junior Payroll & Compliance Executive to handle monthly wage register preparation, Professional Tax calculation, PF & ESIC registrations, ECR preparation, and challan payments. Candidate must have hands-on knowledge of PT/ PF/ESIC portals, labour compliance and accounting.
1. Payroll & Wage Compliance
- Preparation of Monthly Wage Register
- Maintain attendance & salary records
- Assist in F&F settlements
- Maintain statutory payroll records as per labour laws
2. Professional Tax (PT)
- Monthly PT calculation
- Deduction in payroll
- PT return filing & challan payment
3. PF (EPF)
- PF registration for eligible employees
- UAN generation & KYC coordination
- Monthly PF calculation
- Preparation of ECR file
- PF challan generation & payment
- Maintain PF records
4. ESIC
- ESIC registration for eligible employees
- IP registration
- Monthly ESIC calculation
- ESIC challan generation & payment
- Maintain ESIC records
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory registers
- Support during labour inspections
- Ensure adherence to labour laws
- Coordinate with finance team for statutory payments
