Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior ORM Executive role based in Saket. The Junior ORM Executive will monitor and manage the online reputation of clients by analyzing brand sentiment and responding to customer feedback on digital platforms and social media. Daily tasks will include real-time tracking of brand mentions, addressing customer queries and comments, crafting well-thought-out responses, and reporting insights to improve brand reputation. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to implement effective ORM strategies and ensure a positive public image for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Customer Review Management
- Understanding of Social Media Strategy and Social Media Management
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and analysis
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for tracking and managing online presence
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts
- Prior experience in a similar role or in digital marketing is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
