About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Operations & Growth Associate to support the operational and analytical backbone of our organisation.
You will work closely with leadership to help bring structure to fast-moving initiatives, track performance across projects and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, analysis and communication. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, analysing data and presenting insights in a clear and structured way.
This is a fully remote role (hybrid later) based in India, working closely with colleagues in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal operational systems to improve efficiency and accountability
- Build structured Excel models and performance dashboards
- Track KPIs across projects and growth initiatives
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis
- Translate complex data into clear reports and presentations
- Design professional presentation decks that communicate strategy and performance
- Create simple data visualisations that make insights easy to understand
- Support cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Conduct structured research on markets, competitors and operational opportunities
- Improve internal documentation and reporting processes
- Assist with managing simple web platforms such as Wix, Squarespace or WordPress where required
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, project coordination or startup roles
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable building structured presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides)
- Good attention to detail and organisational ability
- Able to analyse data and communicate insights clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience working with dashboards or data visualisation tools
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace or CRM systems
- Interest in healthcare, healthtech or digital innovation
