Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Operations Executive within the pest control industry, located in Thimmapur. The Junior Operations Executive will support daily pest control operations by assisting with service execution, maintaining compliance with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include conducting pest inspections, implementing preventive measures, and ensuring effective treatment plans. The role also requires maintaining operational records and contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.
- Basic knowledge and application of PEST principles in the context of operations.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Manage sites, technicians and clients interms of operations.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to the physical demands of pest control operations.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Prior knowledge of pest control industry is a plus.
