At Lushful, we are bridging the gap between organic farms and healthy homes. We deliver chemical-free produce within 16 hours of harvest. We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to own our night-shift execution. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will learn how to manage a warehouse, lead a packing team, and ensure every customer gets the right order, every single time.
What You Will Do
- Team Supervision: Guide and support the packing staff during the night to keep energy high and productivity on track.
- Order Accuracy: Take ownership of the dispatch process to ensure zero errors in packing and on-time departures.
- Inventory & Data: Help track raw materials, reconcile invoices, and update daily metrics in Excel.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with founders to suggest ways to make our packing and sorting faster and better.
- Communication: Act as the bridge between the warehouse staff, vendors, and management.

- Resilient: You are comfortable with the "startup hustle" and don't mind the ambiguity of a growing company.
- Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small things that others miss—crucial for quality control.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a solid grip on MS Excel and basic IT tools.
- Multilingual: You can comfortably speak with our team in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (or a related field).
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! (Up to 1 year of experience is a plus).
- Values: A genuine passion for healthy eating and sustainable farming.
- Bonus: Prior experience or association with Isha Yoga Centre, Art of Living, or similar organizations.
