Logicode Inc is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to support daily operational workflows across multiple internal and external platforms.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, technically inclined, and capable of handling platform operations, monitoring activities, data-related tasks, and process coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate operational workflows across multiple systems and platforms
- Perform validation, monitoring, and quality checks for ongoing operations
- Handle data processing, reporting, and operational support tasks
- Coordinate with external platforms, vendors, and service providers
- Monitor system activities and assist with issue identification and escalation
- Maintain operational accuracy, documentation, and process tracking
- Support technical and platform-related operational requirements
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and workflows
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, and PHP and web-based systems
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging workflows
- Understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar systems
- Comfortable working with operational dashboards and monitoring tools
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and web infrastructure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Cloudflare services including Workers and domain management
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Grafana
- Exposure to APIs, automation workflows, or platform integrations
- Prior experience in operations, technical support, or platform management roles
