🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior Operations Executive – Credit Risk & Underwriting
📍 Chennai
🏦 Industry: NBFC / Banking (Home Loans & LAP)
⏳ Experience: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our Credit & Risk Operations team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end processing of HL & LAP applications
• Verification of KYC, income, banking, and property documents
• Support credit underwriting with financial/property summaries
• Follow up with customers for pending documents
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal & Technical teams
• Assist in pre- and post-disbursement documentation
• Maintain LMS/LOS data and prepare MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
🔹 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Finance / Business)
✔ Mandatory: 1–3 years’ experience in HL & LAP processing
✔ NBFC/HFC/Banking background preferred
✔ Good Excel and MS Office skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and communication skills
