About the role
As a Jr. Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, supporting the smooth functioning of day-to-day processes across departments. You will work closely with senior team members on operational audits, data coordination, and process improvement initiatives — gaining hands-on exposure to how a global HR and workforce management company operates.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically inclined fresh graduate who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities including data entry, process tracking, and coordination across internal teams.
- Assist in internal audits by gathering, organizing, and validating operational data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports using MS Excel and other tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks and deliverables.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in processes and flag them to senior analysts or operations leads.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and presented clearly.
- Support ad-hoc operational projects and assignments as directed by the team.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) — preferred.
- Freshers / recent graduates (2023–2025 pass-out); no prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to work through structured problem-solving.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables — a plus).
- Fundamental understanding of operational processes and data handling.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated attitude toward learning and growth.
