Job Profile 1: Junior Omni-Channel Journey Nurturer
Target: Newcomer with retail experience, highly trainable, eager to learn.
Compensation: 30,000 — 35,000 / month (CTC: 4.5 Lakhs)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, customer-centric Junior Journey Nurturer to be the first point of
contact for leads coming from our digital platforms (social media, website, emails). Your goal is to
make a great first impression, capture the customer's requirements, and keep them engaged
through their preferred communication channel until they are ready to talk to our core sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Capture: Monitor inbound inquiries from social media, emails, and website forms, responding promptly.
* Personalized Communication: Reach out to leads via their preferred method—whether that is a
phone call, WhatsApp chat, or video call.
* Relationship Building: Act as a friendly guide. Answer basic questions and build a rapport without pushing for a hard sale.
* Consistent Follow-up: Keep in touch with leads regularly, providing them with helpful information to keep their interest warm.
* Sales Handover: Identify when a customer is showing strong buying signals and smoothly transfer the lead to our Senior Sales Representatives for technical discussions and closing.
* CRM Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and preferences in our system.
Requirements:
* 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or basic inside sales.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries.
* Basic tech-savviness to navigate social media platforms, chat tools, and CRM software.
