Role Description
This full-time, on-site Junior Officer role is based in Baleshwar. The Junior Officer will handle daily operational activities, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. The role entails regular reporting, maintaining operational records, and assisting in process improvements. The individual will also oversee basic administrative tasks, support internal projects, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administration and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of cement industry processes or similar manufacturing industries would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Time management and multitasking capabilities to manage daily tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Graduation in Business Administration/Management/Engineering or any related field.
