What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Co-pilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) to address specific business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior developers to gather requirements, define bot functionalities, and create intuitive user flows.
- Configure topics, entities, variables, and flows within Co-pilot Studio to build robust and engaging virtual agents.
- Integrate Co-pilot Studio bots with other Microsoft Power Platform components (e.g., Power Automate, Dataverse) and potentially Azure services to extend capabilities.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and iteration to ensure bot reliability, accuracy, and optimal performance.
- Document bot designs, configurations, and integration points for future maintenance and scalability.
- Stay current with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft Co-pilot Studio, Power Platform, and the broader conversational AI landscape.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to a collaborative development environment.

Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience in software development, IT, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in conversational AI, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Microsoft Co-pilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Basic understanding of logical problem-solving, data flow, and system integration concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
