Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Microbiologist role based in Patna. The Junior Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing and analysis, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality control and quality assurance standards. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting, analyzing, and documenting samples, calibrating laboratory instruments, and collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with established protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample collection, handling, and analysis
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance within a laboratory setting
- Knowledge of Microbiology and its practical applications in diagnostic and analytical testing
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in food or agricultural product testing is an advantage
