Working closely with the Design/Dev, Merch and Inventory teams to author and maintain product and back end data
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Product Data -
o Record maintenance of new product developments via product sheets as well as repeat product orders, special and pre orders, collab products
o Performance tracking across sales of said products and report generation in product sheets
• Design ID records and Design Tagging -
o Create Design ID’s and maintain data sheets
o Update details across products in Product sheets
o Maintain master data file for quick cross id reference and issuance to vendors.
• Product Upcycling process –
o Author and maintain end to end processes for any product upcycling activities.
• Common Departmental tasks –
o Design tagging of inbound stock
o Supplemental tasks related to the Offline Merch team
SKILLS:
• Strong textile/crafts background, preferably in sari crafts.
• Excellent organizational, documenting and data maintenance skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• High sense of organization and an aptitude for process adherence is essential.
QUALIFICATION:
− Fashion Management/Merchandising degree or relevant work experience
− Preferred : Background (academic or career related) in handloom products & luxury craft is a welcome plus.
