Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser, based in Tiruppur. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. They will assist in customer communication, oversee production schedules, and support sales and marketing efforts. The role requires collaboration with various teams to maintain quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on addressing client needs and maintaining satisfaction
- Knowledge of Sales and Retail operations, with a basic understanding of consumer preferences
- Experience or familiarity with Marketing principles and promotional strategies
- Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic data analysis is an advantage
- A degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
