We are hiring! looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Merchandiser to join our production team. If you have a passion for garment manufacturing and a solid foundation in the merchandising process, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the product development cycle from sampling to final shipment.
- Coordinating between buyers, production units, and fabric suppliers.
- Monitoring production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintaining accurate TNA (Time and Action) calendars.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in apparel merchandising.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and costing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
