Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Bhiwandi for a Junior Merchandiser. The responsibilities include assisting in managing customer orders, coordinating with various departments for timely production, and ensuring quality control standards are met. Additional tasks involve supporting the sales and marketing teams, maintaining inventory management, and addressing customer queries to ensure excellent service. The Junior Merchandiser will also assist in maintaining product catalogs and supporting operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Sales and Retail operations, including handling customer inquiries and managing orders
- Exposure to Marketing concepts and an understanding of basic promotional strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
