Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sourcing activities, from order placement to final shipment
- Coordinate with vendors for sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups
- Track and manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor fabric sourcing and trims, ensuring timely delivery to garment suppliers
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (buying, quality assurance, operations) for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate data and reports using Excel, MS Office, and PLM systems
- Proactively identify and escalate risks or delays

Additional Information
Skills & Experience Required
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and sourcing processes
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously
- 2–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising or sourcing
- Graduate degree in Textile, Apparel, or a related field
- Experience working with multiple vendors and factories
