Job Description

As a Junior MEP Design Engineer, you will start with a structured training program followed by hands-on involvement in live projects. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build real design skills, understand site execution, and gain exposure to the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing MEP drawings and design submissions

Learn and develop MEP system designs while meeting quality and timeline requirements

Participate in client meetings and site visits

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams

Support senior engineers in ongoing projects

Assist in training engineering students in MEP concepts and software

Make daily calls to students, architects, and colleges to promote MEP training programs and company services (including during training period)

Support marketing and business development activities

Help update company LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages regularly

Participate in workshops, webinars, and company events

Submit daily work reports to the Project Coordinator and Director

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (Building Services preferred)

Technical Interest: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems

Software Skills: AutoCAD – Mandatory, Revit MEP – Preferred (training support provided)

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Other Traits: Willingness to learn, Discipline and honesty, Willingness to travel for site visits

Training & Job Structure

Training Period – First 2 Months

No salary will be paid during training period

Includes software training, MEP fundamentals, live project exposure, and site visits

Training must be completed successfully within 2 months

If training is not completed within 2 months, the training period will be extended.

Paid Contract Period – Remaining 10 Months Period ,first 3 months -₹7,000/Month , next 3 months -₹8,000/Month , remaining period ₹9,000/month .

Contract Commitment & Exit Policy

This position requires a 1-year commitment.

If the candidate leaves before completing 1 year:

Training expenses must be reimbursed to the company

Minimum 2 months’ notice is mandatory

If the required notice period is not served:

Training expenses and 2 months’ salary must be paid to the company

Work Environment

Office Location: Palarivattom, Kerala

Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Laptop: Candidates must bring their own laptop

Site Visits: Required as part of learning and project execution

Leave Policy

Maximum 1 leave per month allowed

No salary for leaves beyond the allowed limit

Multiple or excess leaves may result in extension of training or contract period
