My Healio is a Jaipur-based mental health startup being built for the iStart Rajasthan initiative. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical expertise and student accessibility through our unique 'Clinical-Supervised Pod Model.'
While Jaipur is a hub for thousands of competitive exam aspirants, the mental health support system remains fragmented and high-cost. My Healio provides a professional, ethics-first platform where students can access Early-Intervention Support and Peer Counseling at an affordable price point.
Our organizational structure is built on clinical integrity. Every case at My Healio is overseen by an RCI-Licensed Clinical Director, ensuring that our team of Post-Graduate Associates provides high-quality, evidence-based care while adhering to strict ethical boundaries and triage protocols. We are not just a counseling service; we are a movement to ensure that no student in a library has to suffer in silence.

Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate evidence-based support sessions (Active Listening, CBT-tools, Grounding).
2. Triage clients and escalate clinical cases to the Senior Consultant.
3. Participate in mandatory clinical supervision (10 hours/month).
4. Contribute to "Mental Action Plans" for our student community.
Requirements:
1. Masters in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical/Applied) – Completed. (Mandatory)
2. Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
3. Based in or familiar with the Jaipur student landscape.
