About the role
This is a role for someone who is serious about building a career in performance marketing — not someone looking for a comfortable place to learn slowly.
You will work directly under a Senior Media Buyer, supporting the execution and management of Meta ad campaigns for D2C clients. You will get hands-on exposure to real budgets, real clients, and real accountability from day one. We will invest in your growth — but we expect hunger, attention to detail, and a willingness to go deep on the craft.
If you've had some exposure to Meta Ads and want to sharpen fast inside a high-output agency environment, this role is for you.
What you'll be responsible for
- Executing and managing Meta ad campaigns across D2C client accounts under the guidance of a Senior Media Buyer
- Setting up campaigns, ad sets, and creatives accurately — audiences, placements, budgets, and tracking all checked before launch
- Monitoring daily performance across accounts — flagging anomalies in spend, delivery, CTR, and ROAS before they become problems
- Pulling and organising performance data for weekly and monthly reports — clean, accurate, and on time
- Supporting creative testing — uploading new ad creatives, labelling them correctly, and tracking performance at the creative level
- Conducting basic audience research and building custom and lookalike audiences inside Meta Ads Manager
- Learning to analyse creative performance metrics — hook rate, hold rate, CTR — and contributing to creative briefing over time
- Maintaining campaign hygiene — naming conventions, budget tracking sheets, and account organisation across multiple client accounts
What we're looking for
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ad campaigns — either at an agency, in-house, or on your own projects
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, ad sets, objectives, audiences, and the basics of pixel and attribution
- A genuine interest in D2C brands and performance marketing — you follow the space, you read about it, you think about it outside of work hours
- Strong attention to detail — campaign errors are expensive and we need someone who double-checks before publishing
- Comfortable working with data — you can pull numbers, organise them in a spreadsheet, and spot what's off
- Good written communication — you will be involved in internal reporting and eventually in client-facing work
- Willingness to learn and take feedback — this role comes with active mentorship and you need to be coachable
Good to have (not mandatory):
- Exposure to Google Ads, even at a basic level
- Familiarity with creative performance metrics
- Experience working on Shopify-based D2C brands
