About The Role
We are seeking a
dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our premium luxury jewelry and diamonds brand in Mumbai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate marketer who thrives in the world of high-end branding, visual storytelling, digital campaigns, and luxury consumer experiences.
You will play a key role in executing impactful marketing initiatives, collaborating with top creative agencies, photographers, stylists, and digital experts. Gain invaluable hands-on exposure to the glamorous luxury, fashion, and fine jewelry industry in a fast-paced, aesthetically driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, PR teams, and vendors to deliver seamless, high-impact marketing campaigns and branding projects.
- Support end-to-end project management from concept development to final execution.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Assist in managing social media marketing, email campaigns, online promotions, and content strategies.
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and website coordination to enhance online visibility.
Photoshoots & Creative Production
- Coordinate high-end photoshoots and campaign productions with photographers, stylists, models, makeup artists, and production teams.
- Ensure all visual assets align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic and storytelling standards.
Website & E-commerce Management
- Work closely with developers for product uploads, content updates, website maintenance, and e-commerce enhancements.
- Help deliver an exceptional, seamless online luxury brand experience.
Exhibitions & Brand Activations
- Support the planning and execution of luxury exhibitions, trade shows, events, and high-profile brand activations.
- Manage logistics, marketing collateral, and vendor coordination.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis and track emerging trends in luxury jewelry, diamonds, fashion, and lifestyle.
- Maintain campaign documentation, vendor invoices, expense tracking, and performance reports.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BMM, BMS, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Coordination, or Agency side.
- Experience in Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, Jewelry, or Premium Brands is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
- Excellent communication, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Creative mindset with a refined aesthetic sense and passion for luxury branding & visual storytelling.

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in the luxury sector.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
