Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of participants/leads for consumer research studies
- Build and manage WhatsApp communities for ongoing research engagement
- Coordinate with influencers and creators to onboard relevant consumer segments for studies
- Drive community engagement to ensure active participation in surveys, interviews, and research activities
- Maintain and update participant databases, trackers, and engagement reports
- Ensure timely communication and high response rates from participants
