Role Description The Junior Marketing Executive will support the promotion of Yug Sthapatya Constructions’ contracting, building, and interior services in the Satara region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Satara, focused on day-to-day marketing activities. Responsibilities include assisting with market planning, conducting basic market research, coordinating local campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives with promotional materials. The role involves maintaining communication with potential and existing clients, helping manage social and offline marketing channels, and preparing simple reports on campaign performance. The Junior Marketing Executive will work closely with senior team members to implement marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign design and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather and analyze information about local customers and competitors.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, present services clearly, and build client relationships.
- Basic understanding of the construction or real estate sector is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Satara, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and report preparation.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous, though candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
