Junior Marketing Coordinator — The Quad
The Quad's marketing team runs at high volume — multiple channels, formats, and campaigns every month. This role exists to make sure none of it gets stuck.

The Role
As Junior Marketing Coordinator, you're the connective tissue between the marketing team and the external partners, coaches, and vendors they depend on. Your job is to make sure the team always has what they need — and that finished work gets where it needs to go, on time.
Beyond coordination, you'll also get hands-on with writing, design, and editing — building real creative skills along the way. This is a great first role for someone who wants to understand how a content-led marketing team operates from the inside.
Reports to: Marketing Manager
What You'll Be Doing
Shoot Coordination
- Schedule shoot dates with external videographers across all content tracks
- Coordinate coach availability and brief them before each shoot
- Organise student participation — Vox Pops, transformation content
- Capture candid in-class footage of students and coaches for campaigns
Coach & Stakeholder Follow-ups
- Reach out to coaches for scripts, input, and content participation
- Send reminders and follow up until deliverables are in
- Stay proactively plugged in to surface student stories worth featuring
Post-Production Pipeline
- Share edit notes with external editors after shoots
- Follow up to ensure cuts are delivered on time
- Coordinate with designers on carousel posts and free resources
Calendar & Timeline Management
- Maintain the master content calendar across all tracks
- Work closely with the team to track timelines and dependencies
- Flag risks proactively — before they become missed deadlines
Creative Support
- Pitch in with writing, design, and minor edits across formats
- Build hands-on understanding of how content marketing works
What We're Looking For
- Highly organised — you're managing multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Strong communicator — a lot of this role is follow-ups, and tone matters
- Proactive, not reactive — flag problems before they become problems
- Comfortable working with coaches, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with a camera for capturing candid moments
- Solid content writing skills — clarity and quality matter
- Familiar with Canva and basic video editing
- Interest in fitness or content is a bonus — what matters most is that you're reliable, sharp, and eager to learn
