Marketing Intern (With PPO Opportunity)
We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Intern to join our team in-office. This isn't a "grab coffee" kind of internship—you’ll be in the trenches of modern marketing, helping us scale. If you’re looking to kickstart your career and transition into a full-time role, this is for you.
The Basics
- Location: Karkardooma, Delhi, In-Office (5 Days/Week)
- Duration: 3–6 Months
- Stipend: ₹8,000 per month (Based on skills & interview)
- The Goal: We are looking to convert this internship into a Full-Time Role based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Content & Trends: Identifying viral trends and helping brainstorm "scroll-stopping" content ideas for social media.
- Execution: Assisting in the management of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Growth Hacking: Supporting lead generation efforts and community engagement.
- Analysis: Keeping an eye on what’s working (and what’s not) and suggesting pivots.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability: You must be able to work from our office 5 days a week.
- Mindset: You’re a "first principles" thinker who stays updated with the latest AI tools and social media shifts.
- Communication: Sharp writing skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Ambition: You aren't just looking for a certificate; you want a permanent seat at the table.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or Meta Ads Manager is a massive plus.
