We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Junior Manager – Operations & Quality.
Location: Santevita Hospital,Ranchi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth departmental functioning.
• Monitor and improve quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate internal audits, quality inspections, and accreditation activities.
• Analyze operational and quality data and prepare management reports.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care and service excellence.
• Monitor patient feedback and support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree (MHA/MBA) preferred.
Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Quality, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with NABH accreditation processes will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Understanding of accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities.
