Key Responsibilities
- Maritime Operations & Strategy:
- Develop and execute the 1–3 year operational roadmap aligned with global expansion and green maritime initiatives
- Design and refine SOP frameworks to enable scalable, high-quality operations
- Ensure strong coordination between Technical, Legal, and Commercial teams
- Business Development:
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities across service lines and markets
- Support expansion into new clients and business areas
- Client & Market Positioning:
- Act as a strategic point of contact for key clients
- Lead branding and marketing efforts to position the company in global maritime markets
