Role Description
The Junior Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities at CavinKare's Narayanganj site. This is a full-time, on-site role that entails actively supporting day-to-day operational activities, conducting preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and maintaining safety standards to ensure operational efficiency. The role will require effective collaboration with the technical and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure consistent equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair processes
- Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in handling maintenance tools and machinery
- Ability to identify and solve technical issues effectively
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team setting
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work on-site in Narayanganj and dedicate to a hands-on, full-time role
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
