About the role
MachineAstro is looking for a motivated Junior Machine Reliability Engineer to support our Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring services. The role involves performing vibration analysis, diagnosing machine health, preparing technical reports, and working closely with industrial customers to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- ISO CAT-II Vibration Analyst Certification (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of rotating equipment and industrial maintenance practices
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vibration analysis and condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret vibration and machine health data.
- Identify machine faults such as:
- Bearing Defects
- Misalignment
- Unbalance
- Looseness
- Gear Defects
- Mechanical Resonance
- Cavitation
- Prepare condition monitoring reports and maintenance recommendations.
- Support predictive maintenance programs across customer plants.
- Work with maintenance and production teams to improve machine reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and service records.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of vibration monitoring systems when required.
- Travel to customer sites for inspections and reliability assessments.

- Fluency in Telugu is highly preferred for customer interactions.
