Role Description The Junior Logistics Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves coordinating daily shipments and deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation, and tracking orders from suppliers to final destinations. The Junior Logistics Executive will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage inventory, schedule dispatches, and resolve delivery-related issues. This position also includes monitoring logistics performance, maintaining records in relevant systems, and supporting the optimization of supply chain processes to meet project timelines. The role requires regular communication with clients and vendors to provide status updates and maintain a smooth, reliable flow of goods for interior projects.
Qualifications
- Strong logistics and supply chain skills, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with solid Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Basic Sales understanding to support coordination between client requirements and delivery schedules.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and logistics or inventory management software.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience or internship in logistics, operations, or supply chain is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
